Terms

These terms cover the treatments and memberships sold at veltrod.app. Buying one means you accept them.

Who sells

Veltro Limited licences the files. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, the tax, and sends the receipt and the zip. Their terms apply to the checkout.

The product

You receive digital files for the treatment or pack you bought. They are supplied by download after payment. The live demos on this site are for looking. The zip is what you paste into your project.

The licence is the one on the membership and licensing page, and in the file inside the zip. If those two ever differ, the page and these terms are the ones that govern the sale.

Price

Prices are set in pounds. The site shows an approximate price in the currency of the country reading it. The checkout charges in pounds. A monthly membership renews each month at £19. A yearly membership renews each year at £171. It renews until you cancel.

A first-order offer of 25% is one redemption, for one customer, on a product or on the first membership payment, monthly or yearly. It ends on 30 October 2026, or sooner if that one redemption has been used. It does not apply to the £9 member single.

Delivery

Lemon Squeezy emails the receipt and the download. If the zip does not arrive, or the same order is charged twice, write to shaun@veltro.co.uk with the receipt. The refund rule is on the cancellation page.

The files have to do what we said

Nothing here removes your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, digital content has to be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. Where the law allows any other claim to be limited, it is limited to the price you paid for that order.

The site

Demos can change as treatments are improved. A purchase is the files delivered with that order. We may update the shelf, the prices, and these terms. A change does not rewrite a licence you already have.

The site and the files are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales hear disputes, except where the law gives a consumer the courts of their home country.
