Membership & licensing

You are buying a licence to use a motion treatment, not the right to resell the files. The file in your zip states the same rules.

What a treatment is

A treatment is HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SVG that you paste into a page. A pack is five treatments. A download is one treatment.

The recordings on veltrod.app are previews. They are not the files you buy. The zip is the product. You may change the words, the colour, and the motion for the project the licence covers.

One-off purchases

A single treatment, a named pack, Monday, Pick & Mix, and Single Pack Pick are each one project. A project is one website, one deck, one title card, or one campaign, commercial or personal.

Pick & Mix covers the five treatments named on the receipt. Single Pack Pick covers the one treatment named on the receipt. The licence follows the receipt.

If you hand the files to a client, send the licence with them. Their use stays inside that one project.

Membership

Membership is one plan. It is £171 a year, or £19 a month. The year is 25% off twelve monthly payments. Either way it includes two treatments each month. A download is one treatment, and it is never a pack. Unused treatments are not carried into the next month. Taking the same treatment again in that month does not use a second place.

While the plan is active, you may use what you take on as many projects as you like. When the plan ends, stop using the treatments on new work. Work that is already published can stay up.

A further single is £9, bought while the plan is active, from the download page. It is one treatment, with the same membership rights as the two included treatments. Packs and Pick & Mix stay at £79 and £99. The first-order offer does not reduce the £9 price. It does apply to the first membership payment, whether that payment is the month or the year.

Cancel from the receipt Lemon Squeezy sends you. The month you have paid runs to its end, and the next month is not charged. The detail is on the cancellation page.

What the licence does not allow

• Reselling, relicensing, or redistributing the source as a pack, a plugin, or a library.
• Claiming authorship of the underlying motion systems.
• Using the files to train a generative model.

The payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. The licence is granted by Veltro Limited. The receipt includes a licence key. That key is how you fetch the zip. The link you receive lasts 15 minutes. Prices, delivery, and endings are in the terms.
